Abstract: MicroRNAs（miRNAs） play an important regulating role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. And the finding of circulating miRNAs provides potential noninvasive biomarkers for the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis judgment of lung cancer. In this review， we summarized the research progress of circulating miRNAs as a valuable biomarker for the diagnosis， prognosis and platinum-based chemotherapy sensitivity of lung cancer from the latest articles home and abroad.
