Abstract: Patients with breast cancer suffer from high rates of bone metastasis. For this reason individual and comprehensive treatment programs should be designed on the basis of specific conditions. The main object is to reduce or prevent skeletal-related events， prolong survival and improve quality of life. The main treatment includes anti-tumor therapy， bone-modifying agents， surgery， radiation therapy， analgesic treatment and other supportive treatment. This article makes a summary on therapeutic medicine for bone metastasis of breast cancer.
