摘要 为了开发出适用性好、性价比高的建筑铝型材用FEVE(氟烯烃-乙烯基醚共聚物)型氟碳粉末涂料,重点分析了不同厂家的氟树脂、不同种类异氰酸酯及颜填料的含量对FEVE型氟碳涂层性能的影响。对比了不同类型耐候性粉末涂料的耐老化性,认为丙烯酸树脂和超耐候羟基树脂比较适合改性氟树脂;进一步对比了这2类树脂改性氟树脂后涂层的性能。结果表明:选用丙烯酸树脂改性氟树脂与自封闭异氰酸酯BF-1540制备FEVE氟碳粉末涂料,颜填料用量为22.5%时所得涂层性能优异,性价比高。

Abstract: To develop fluorocarbon powder coatings with good adaptability and high cost-effective performance for architectural aluminum profiles, the effects of different fluorocarbon resin, different isocyanate, pigments and fillers on the properties of the FEVE fluorocarbon coatings were analyzed. Meanwhile, the weather resistant of different powder coatings were compared. The acrylic resin and weather resistant hydroxyl resin were suitable for resin modification and their film performance were compared. The results showed that acrylic modified fluororesin and blocked isocyanate BF-1540 were used to prepare the FEVE fluorocarbon powder coatings comprising 22.5% of pigments/fillers exhibited good film properties with high cost-effective performance.
