摘要 综述了热固性粉末涂料行业在设备设计和生产过程中所取得的技术进步,分析了由于设计方法转变给造型以及样机制造所带来的变化。研究表明:数字技术的使用,使得设备零部件精度得以提高;使用专业软件对生产设备进行模拟分析,对结构进行优化,可提高设备性能;新材料的使用使得产品序列发生变化,关键零部件性能提高。文章分析了粉末涂料设备在智能化、环保化等方面取得的技术进步,重点介绍了防爆技术,指出了粉末涂料生产设备存在的不足并提出了解决办法。

Abstract: The technological progress in the equipment design and production of the thermosetting powder coatings industry is described. The changes in modeling and prototype manufacturing due to the transformation of design methods from two-dimensional to three-dimensional concept which is combined with theoretical research are investigated. The application of digital technology and CNC technology enables the more accuracy of equipment components. The professional software is applied to simulate the production equipment and optimize its structure and performance. The usage of new materials has resulted in changes in the product sequence and performance improvement of key components. The technological progress of powder coating equipment in terms of intelligence and environmental protection is analyzed. In particular, the explosion-proof technology is focused on. Meanwhile, the shortcomings of equipment for powder coating and the solutions thereto are proposed.
