摘要 介绍了一种新型高效液体表调及其在上汽通用汽车的应用情况。前期进行了一系列实验以了解该表调材料的相关性能。在各项性能满足条件后,通过实际应用进行了前后状态对比,并对现场控制方法等进行了相应的调整。在从传统粉末表调切换至高效液体表调后,油漆车间更加节水、节电,磷化渣排放减少,环保效益较大。

Abstract: A conditioner is critical to obtain good status of phosphate layers. In this article, a new conditioner product named Rapid Nucleation Conditioner(RNC)is introduced. The influence of RNC on the properties of phosphate layer is investigated via experiments. The status of phosphate layer using traditional powder conditioner and RNC is compared. In addition, the on-site control program based on RNC is adjusted accordingly. Thus, the paint shop wherein the traditional powder conditioner is replaced by RNC can show better performance including lower water and power consumption, lower emission and higher environmental friendly effect.
