摘要:

在肿瘤治疗中,放射治疗占据着不可替代的重要地位。既往认为由于实体肿瘤中普遍存在乏氧细胞,大多数肿瘤都存在一定的放射抗拒性,故放疗增敏尤其重要。目前,放疗增敏的概念己包括DNA损伤、血管形成、细胞信号转导、细胞周期紊乱、凋亡等多个领域。本文就放射治疗增敏机制及增敏药物的相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Radiation therapy occupies an irreplaceable position for cancer therapy. Most tumors are radiation resistant with hypoxic cells,so it's important to increase the radiosensitization. At present,the radiosensitization concept has developed including DNA damage,angiogenesis,cell signal transduction,cell cycle dysfunction, apoptosis,and other fields. This article reviews the recent literature and the relevant issues concerning the role of the mechanism,strategy,and drugs of radiosensitization.
