摘要: microRNA(miRNA)是一类在自然界广泛存在的小分子非编码单链RNA,曾被认为是RNA成熟过程中产生的无意义片段。但近年来发现miRNA是人类多种生理和病理过程中的关键分子,其代表性家族成员miR-155在各种肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要的调节作用。本文就miR-155与消化系统肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: MicroRNA(miRNA) is a group of tiny RNA molecules which wildly exists in nature world. It was once considered as meaningless fragments generated during RNA maturation. However, in recent years, miRNA was found to be pivotal molecules in a variety of physiological and pathological processes in human beings. As a representative member of miRNA, miR-155 played important regulatory roles in the occurrence and progression of a large number of tumors. In this article, progress in the relationship between miR-155 and digestive system neoplasms was reviewed.
