HSP70和p57kip2在骨巨细胞瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions of HSP70 and p57kip2 in giant cell tumor of bone and their clinical significance

摘要: 目的 探讨热休克蛋白(HSP)70和p57kip2在骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)组织中的表达及两者的临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化法检测56例GCT组织中HSP70和p57kip2的表达,分析两者表达与GCT临床病理参数(性别、年龄、病灶部位、病理分级、影像学分期和肿瘤直径)及术后复发的关系,采用Spearman相关分析HSP70和p57kip2表达的相关性。
结果 GCT组织中HSP70和p57kip2的阳性表达率分别为51.79%(29/56)和21.43%(12/56);HSP70阳性表达与年龄、影像学分期、肿瘤直径及复发情况有关(P<0.05),p57kip2阳性表达与影像学分期及复发情况有关(P<0.05);HSP70和p57kip2在GCT组织中的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.280,P<0.05)。
结论 HSP70和p57kip2可能参与胃癌的发生、发展,可考虑将两者作为评估GCT临床肿瘤生物学行为及预测预后的指标。

Abstract: Objective To explore the expressions of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and p57kip2 and their clinical significance in giant cell tumor of bone (GCT).
MethodsThe immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expressions of HSP70 and p57kip2 in tissue sections from 56 GCT tissues. Then, the relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological variables (gender, age, lesion location, histological grading, radiological staging and tumor diameter) or recurrence were analyzed. The Spearman analysis was employed to investigate the correlation between the expressions of HSP70 and p57kip2. Results The positive expression rates of HSP70 and p57kip2 were 51.79% (29/56) and 21.43% (12/56), respectively. The HSP70 expression was related with age, radiological staging, tumor diameter and recurrence(P<0.05), and the p57kip2 expression was related with radiological staging and recurrence (P<0.05). Negative correlation was observed between expressions of HSP70 and p57kip2 (r=-0.280, P<0.05). Conclusion Expressions of HSP70 and p57kip2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of GST. They may serve as markers for evaluating the tumor biological behavior and predicting recurrence of GST patients.
