摘要: 高迁移率族蛋白A(HMGA)家族包含4种蛋白,HMGA2是其中的一员。HMGA2可以促进上皮间质转化,可以维持干细胞的分化潜能及自我更新能力,并能以多种机制参与多个生物事件的调节过程。近年来国内外学者均证实HMGA2在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,并与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展有着重要的联系。本文就HMGA2在恶性肿瘤中的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: The high mobility group protein A(HMGA) family is composed of four proteins. HMGA2 is one of the family. HMGA2 involves in epithelialmesenchymal transition, and plays a crucial role in maintaining the differentiation potential and the selfrenewal of neural stem cells(NSCs).HMGA2 is able to process a number of different mechanisms involved in the regulation of biological events. Overexpression of HMGA2 has been observed in a variety of malignant tumors and often correlates with poor prognosis. In this review, we summarize the latest progresses on HMGA2 in cancer.
