Abstract: Triplenegative breast cancer（TNBC） is a heterogeneous disease. It is often characterized by the lack of specific therapeutic molecular targets and poor prognosis. There are increasing evidences about the relationship between tumorinfiltrating lymphocytes and the prognosis of TNBC. However， the distinction between different types of T lymphocytes is extremely important， because of their different roles in the tumor microenvironment. Moreover， tumor-associated macrophages have been associated with a relatively poor outcome in TNBC. In this article， we review the role of different lymphocyte infiltration in the clinical outcome of TNBC.
