摘要: 自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞是一类重要的独立天然淋巴细胞亚群,不断有研究表明其在机体免疫应答过程中发挥重要作用。不同NKT细胞亚群及功能不断被发现,不同亚群对肿瘤免疫的影响不尽相同,各亚群之间的相互作用机制不十分清楚,有待进一步探索。深入了解NKT细胞在肿瘤免疫中的作用,对肿瘤的治疗有重要意义。

Abstract: Natural killer T (NKT) cell is a kind of important independent lymphocyte subsets. Studies have shown that it plays an important role in the process of the bodys immune response. Different NKT cells and their functions have been found and the influence of different subsets of tumor immune is not the same. The interaction mechanism between subsets is not very clear and needs further exploration. An indepth understanding of NKT cells in the tumor immune function has important significance for the treatment of tumors.
