Abstract: Multiple-hit lymphoma is a heterogeneous disease classified as Bcell lymphomas, unclassifiable, with features intermediate between diffuse large Bcell lymphoma and Burkitt's lymphoma. It is characterized by worse overall survival, extremely poor prognosis, and easy to relapse. Here is to review the most recent research on molecular genetics, epidemiology, clinical feature, histopathology, immunophenotype, treatment and prognosis of multiplehit lymphoma.
