Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are recently discovered, small singlestrand RNA molecules that can regulate gene expression, and the abnormal expression or mutation in miRNAs are considered to be associated with the initiation and progression of a variety of tumors. It has been identified that miRNAs play a crucial role in triple negative breast cancer, providing a novel possible therapeutic application. In this review, we will provide an overview of the application of miRNAs in triple negative breast cancer.
