Abstract: Radiation-induced lung injury(RILI) is a common complication in radiotherapy of thoracic tumors. RILI is a limiting factor to improve the radiation dose of the target area,affect the quality of life of patients, and even endanger the life of patients. For RILI, this paper mainly reviews the research progress of its pathogenesis, influencing factors and Chinese and Western medicine therapy.
