The biological effects of neuropilin-1 in the development of gastrointestinal cancers

Abstract: Gastrointestinal cancer is the most common malignant tumor with high morbidity and high mortality. Recently， the role of Neuropilin-1 in the development of digestive tract malignant tumor has become a hot spot. It can regulate the angiogenesis process of malignant tumor， mediate the proliferation and invasion of tumor cells， and thus promote the progression and metastasis of tumor. This article reviews its role in tumor angiogenesis， tumor proliferation and invasion， metastasis and tumor therapeutic targets.
