Abstract: Chemokines and their receptors have a multifaceted role in tumor biology and are closely related to tumor occurrence， progression and metastasis. CXC chemokines and their receptors have clearly become the focus of attention， because they can regulate tumor biological behavior through a series of mechanisms. The complex roles of CXC chemokines and their receptors with high attention in breast cancer will be reviewed briefly in this paper.
